Media Library Checkout

Due to limited materials, there is a checkout limit of two items per person. If there are multiple people in your family, please fill out a separate submission form for each person.

Within 24 hours of checkout, a confirmation email should be sent to the email provided. There is a time gap between when items are checked out and when they are marked “Checked Out.” Therefore, if for some reason an item becomes unavailable before you request it, we will inform you of that in the confirmation email you receive.

Items you request will be available for pickup at the church the following Sunday between 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. You will find them at the information table in the lobby. They will be in a bag with your name on it. If you electronically check out an item on a Sunday, the items will be available the following Sunday.
